The original 570 square foot one-room rustic cabin was owned by Montana artist Cody Huston.  The three-story log home comes mostly furnished. Included with the sale is a large assortment of farm equipment, mowers, chain saws, etc., a tractor, and a GMC truck. There’s also a snowmobile — making access to fishing, hiking, and hunting easy. 

This amazing property borders the Bob Marshall Wilderness consisting of 1,009,352 acres of Congressionally designated protected wilderness land. It is described as “one of the most completely preserved mountain ecosystems in the world, the kind of wilderness most people can only imagine: rugged peaks, alpine lakes, cascading waterfalls, grassy meadows embellished with shimmering streams, a towering coniferous forest, and big river valleys”.

Falls Creek Trailhead and public access is located just downstream for hiking, hunting, fishing, and river access.
