We looked long and hard to find the perfect location. Peace and quiet were high on our list. Privacy and convenience were right up there. State lands surround our 5.37 acres. Our only neighbors are the interesting and plentiful wildlife who visit us every day.
There are trails for riding recreational vehicles or hunting and foraging for firewood. We are within 15 minutes are the Delaware River, restaurants, wineries, and grocery stores.
Since my husband is a general contractor we took the time to think through everything — to make smart decisions. We included many upgrades and unique quality features that most homes lack.

A wall of windows fills the house with light. From the moment you walk inside your eyes are drawn to the amazing Delaware Water Gap views, visible from the front of the house all the way through to the back. There are 18-foot ceilings in the great room. The main living area is very open, exposing the views from a casual eating area, with deck access, located beside the wall of windows, a well-designed kitchen with abundant cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast counter. The dining room is just steps away from the great room, creating a grand entertaining space. A freestanding woodstove adds warmth to the entire area.
We custom-designed the home with the primary bedroom on one end for privacy, and 3 additional bedrooms on the other. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath and sliders to the deck and hot tub. Included are a corner jetted tub and separate shower. There is an additional multi-use loft space with an adjoining unfinished 400-square-foot room that also has views.
