The original Log Cabin was built in 1910 and is in pristine condition. It is now adjoined by a breezeway to a custom-built home. The custom-built home boasts; cathedral ceilings, a log interior, custom doors, a rock fireplace built from native stone, new flooring, and a beautiful open living concept. Drenched in sunlight, the picture windows look out onto a wraparound covered deck.

 

The log cabin has an office/bonus rm, a second kitchen/laundry room, one bath with a bedroom, and a walk-in closet. There’s a historic root cellar just off the winter mudroom. The new addition has two large bedrooms, one bath, a large kitchen with an antique cookstove.

 

The ranch yard leads you to a bunkhouse with three guest quarters fully furnished with full baths and sleeps eight. There’s a full kitchen and bath in the main bunk. Relax on the covered porch and watch the elk, deer, and wild turkeys, while spinning ranch tales.

 

A large hip roof barn was hand-built in 1966 from timber harvested and milled locally. Lovingly preserved, this double-walled barn has two stalls, a large hayloft with tongue and groove flooring, and tack storage which opens into working corrals. An additional bonus to this ranch is a 61 x 49 shop with 220 power, concrete floors, indoor round corral, ample shop space, can park four vehicles, plus an RV. The shop is also insulated and heated with a large wood-burning stove.
