Twilight Cabin is a special place. Built with care and much forethought, this Stone Mill log cabin is tucked away on just under 12, mostly wooded, acres. A long gravel drive meanders alongside lush woods to reveal the beautiful setting.

Twilight Cabin is encircled by wide-covered porches with an attractive tongue and groove ceiling. With eight lighted outdoor ceiling fans, the choices of where to enjoy the afternoons or evenings are many. The views from all sides of the porch are serene and calming. It isn’t unusual to see deer on the deer crossing.

Built to last, hand-hewn, Perma-chinked, dove-tailed logs make up the exterior of Twilight Cabin. A new architectural shingle roof was put in place in 2022.

Inside, the rooms are spacious. A cathedral ceiling in the main living areas exposes the beams and beautiful tongue and groove wood ceilings. Generous windows and French doors leading to the porch fill the log cabin with natural light.

Some of the amenities include a river stone gas log fireplace in the great room, hardwood floors, a dining area with double windows to enhance the view, and kitchen with granite countertops, a large island with breakfast bar, and ample cabinets.

The three bedrooms are roomy. The primary bedroom suite has French doors opening to the covered porch. The ensuite bath has a gorgeous ten-foot granite countertop with two charming copper sinks! An oversized shower includes a waterfall shower head. Finishing off the bath’s impressive look and feel, is a striking faux copper tin ceiling. Two additional bedrooms are a welcome respite for guests or family.

The laundry room is oversized with cabinetry for extra storage and ample room for a freezer. Parking is convenient in the open carport with a large storage room at the end.

Twilight Cabin is located about five minutes from the quaint town of Ripley, offering an abundance of outdoor activities, and local eateries.
