The bathroom has been nicely updated with a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, and ventless washer/dryer combination unit. Included is a new metal roof. The separate dry cabin, meaning that it doesn’t have plumbing, is also fully furnished. It can certainly work as a guest house or is great for kids.

In addition to all this, your island escape includes a new metal 36-foot L-shaped dock with bench and ladder, a 2008 Bass Tracker TXW with a 60 HP 4-stroke Mercury plus a boat trailer. There is a public boat launch about a mile south of the island. Enjoy fishing, boating, camping, and relaxing on the beautiful Rock River.
